About the Role

National Wireless is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing Corporate Account Support Team at our East Oakville Head Office. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for medium and enterprise business clients across Canada, delivering exceptional support and helping them navigate the right Telecom and Technology Solutions for their unique needs.

This is an on-site, full-time position at our Oakville Head Office. Candidates must be legally eligible for full-time employment in Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns and proactively engage existing clients
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that solve real business challenges and improve client operations
  • Process orders accurately and manage our online ordering platform
  • Provide responsive support for online ordering, website, and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet targets and support strategic campaigns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and keep customer databases up to date
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Oakville Head Office
