For questions or concerns, contact our Client Care Group:

Phone: 1-800-268-4566 ext. 235

2. Changes to These Terms

National Wireless reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated version will take effect from its publication date on this website. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Orders & Order Processing

By placing an order and/or activating your device, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions of both National Wireless and Bell Mobility.

Bell Mobility Terms of Service: https://www.bell.ca/Bell_Mobility_Terms_of_service

3.1 Order Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.

• A credit check is required for all orders, including zero-dollar device purchases.

• Bell Mobility must approve your credit before National Wireless can process your order or ship any device.

• A credit card number is required for the credit check process.

3.2 Pricing

Device and rate plan pricing are subject to change without notice from National Wireless or Bell Mobility, even after your order has been placed. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of pricing changes or inventory issues before processing your order. However, National Wireless is not responsible for any price increases or decreases, or delays caused by inventory availability. Pricing is only confirmed once a complete and accurate order has been entered into Bell’s systems.

3.3 Electronic Errors

National Wireless is not responsible for electronic errors that result in delays or errors in order processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• All devices are shipped via Purolator, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• A signature is required upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours.

• If no one is available to sign, your package may be held at the nearest Purolator depot for up to 5 business days. Retrieval of the package from the depot is your responsibility.

• We ship overnight within Ontario and via ground or air to other locations within Canada. Ground shipping may take up to 6 business days depending on your location.

• Since your device is activated at the time of shipment, National Wireless cannot provide service credits for any days lost while your device is in transit.

5. Returns & Buyer’s Remorse Policy

5.1 General Return Conditions

All returns must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be returned to the original point of purchase in “like new” condition, including all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

• All user-enabled locks, passwords, and security features must be removed before return. For Apple iPhones, “Find My iPhone” must be disabled. On non-Apple devices, all tracking or security apps must be disabled or removed.

• No cash refunds are provided. Any charges incurred for airtime, data usage, web browsing, long distance, or other services used will still apply.

5.2 Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Headsets and software

• Prepaid and gift cards (e.g., Bell prepaid cards, long-distance cards)

• SIM Cards

For software issues, please contact the software vendor directly.

5.3 Consumer Device Returns

Consumers may request a refund or exchange on any device within 15 days of purchase.

Note: Customers with accessibility needs are entitled to a 30-day return window.

5.4 Corporate Device Returns

Corporate customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, or upon 30 minutes of airtime use or 50 MB of data usage — whichever occurs first.

Modems, routers, and switches are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged without prior evaluation by the Manufacturer’s Technical Support team.

5.5 Return Processing

Invoice adjustments or refunds for Buyer’s Remorse returns will not be processed until the returned product has been received and inspected at the original point of purchase.

6. Product Warranty

• Accessories are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

• Defective items that fall within the manufacturer’s warranty may be exchanged within the first 30 days at the original point of purchase.

• After 30 days, warranty exchanges must be handled directly through the accessory manufacturer on a ship-to-home or ship-to-office basis.
