Order Consent

Placing your order and/or the use of your device constitutes the understanding and acceptance of ALL Terms and Conditions of both National Wireless and Bell Mobility.

National Wireless is not responsible for electronic errors that result in delays or errors in processing your order. Credit card numbers are required for credit checks. Even when purchasing a "zero-dollar" device a credit check must be completed. Customers must be credit approved by Bell in order for us to process your order and to receive the device(s). We ship all devices via Purolator; Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Purolator will require a signature upon delivery, please provide us with an address where someone will be in attendance during these hours. If there is no one available to sign for your package, it may be held at the Purolator depot for up to 5 days, and will be your responsibility to pick up. We ship overnight within Ontario and via ground or air within Canada. Ground may take up to 6 business days, depending on your location. Since your phone is active when shipped, National Wireless cannot provide a credit for any days of lost service while your phone is in transit. You must be 18 years of age or older at time of purchase.

‍Device and Rate Plan pricing are subject to change without notice from National Wireless or Bell even after your order is placed. We will make every effort to notify you of price changes and inventory availability before processing your order, but are not responsible for any increases or decreases in the final cost of the ordered device(s), or delays inventory availability may cause. Pricing is confirmed when a complete and accurate order is submitted in the Bell systems.

Warranties and Liability

While every effort is made to ensure that the content of this website is accurate, the website is provided "as is" and National Wireless makes no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information found on it. If there is any discrepancy between prices shown on the web site and our retail location it shall be deemed that the price in the retail location is correct.
